i found the breakfast buffet to be excellent and varied. the staff restocked it frequently, and vegan options were available. usb charging ports were conveniently located next to the bed and that was so useful to me , i liked it.

the hotel is very close to a metro station and other bus and tram stations. these public transport options were very convenient for exploring the area. i also noticed a large supermarket nearby.

the rooms were quite spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. an iron and a foldable ironing board were available in the room. i was also happy with the availability of luggage storage at the reception.

i received complimentary chocolate from the hotel receptionist on international women's day. the hotel lobby also had warm tea, candies, fruits, and even popcorn available for free to hotel guests. this was a very nice gesture and a great touch.

The breakfast had plentiful options. The location is very convenient. Bus, tram and metro stations are nearby. The staff spoke English fluently and was very helpful. I found the popcorn machine in the lobby a fun, welcome touch after travelling. The free tea and coffee was also appreciated.

I found the parking policy a little complicated and expensive, but parking in the mall was cheaper.

My room was quite large. I appreciated the room's cleanliness and modern design. The bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing meant, i wasn't disturbed by outside noise. The air conditioning worked very well.

the location was convenient. the breakfast included many options to choose from. the room was clean and the bed provided comfort (i slept well!).

the room lacked sufficient space for clothing storage. the shower was not fully enclosed, so water spilled out. i found that the air conditioning was difficult to adjust.
